Monthly Website Maintenance Quotation:
Website maintenance is crucial to ensure the smooth and secure operation of your website. The cost of website maintenance can vary depending on the size and complexity of your website. Based on our industry analysis, we estimate the cost of your website maintenance to range from PHP 10,000 to PHP 60,000 annually.

To provide you with peace of mind and uninterrupted website performance, we propose a monthly maintenance package of PHP 10,000. This package includes regular website backups, software updates, security checks, and uptime monitoring. Additionally, we offer additional services such as content updates, website optimization, and technical support for an additional fee.


SEO Quotation:
Search engine optimization (SEO) is a critical component to ensure that your website ranks well on search engines and attracts a steady stream of visitors. The cost of SEO services can vary depending on the level of competition in your industry and the scope of the project. Based on our extensive experience, we estimate the cost of SEO services to range from PHP 12,500 to PHP 100,000 per month.

To maximize your website’s visibility and drive organic traffic, we propose an SEO package of PHP 50,000 per month. This comprehensive package includes a thorough SEO audit, in-depth keyword research, on-page optimization, strategic link building, and monthly reporting to track your website’s progress.

Why do I need a website maintenance service?

Web hosting providers may or may not update your Core software for you (please check their policy), but all web hosts will not update your plugins.

Website plugins are created by multiple authors and are consistently updated to newer versions to comply with the latest version of software or to address security issues and bugs. It is not guaranteed that the mandated updates to the Core plugins will not break the website, nor that plugins will continue to function if not updated.

For this reason, having a trained web specialist on hand to monitor the website is necessary to update plugins, rollback plugins, replace plugins or even adjust the theme to continue optimal performance

You are hiring AK DESIGNS PH to design and develop your website.

As the customer, you have the power and ability to enter into this contract on behalf of your company or organization. You agree to provide us with everything that we need to complete the project, including text, images, fonts, and other information as and when we need it and in the format that we ask for. You agree to review our work, provide feedback, and sign-off approval on time and are bound by any deadlines we set together. You also agree to keep to the payment schedule set out in this proposal.

We have the experience and ability to perform the services you need and will carry them out professionally and on time. We will endeavor to meet all the deadlines set, but we are not responsible for a missed launch date or a deadline if you have been late in supplying materials or have not approved our work on time at any stage. We will also maintain the confidentiality of any information that you give me.

Details of the works

We will create designs for your website’s look, layout, and functionality. This contract includes one main design and two opportunities for you to revise the final design. If you are not happy with the design at that point, we will provide you with an additional quote for the extra design work needed. If you wish to cancel our agreement, you may do so, and we will retain the initial payment for the work completed to date.

HTML/CSS layout templates

We will develop using valid HTML5 markup and CSS3 for styling. We will test all our markup and CSS in current versions of all major browsers, including those made by Apple, Microsoft, Mozilla, Google, and Opera.

We will not test these templates in old or abandoned browsers, for example, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5, 5.5, or 6 for Windows or Mac, previous versions of Apple’s Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Opera, unless otherwise specified.

Text content

We are not responsible for writing or inputting any text copy. We will be happy to help, but significant work on our part will result in a charge above and beyond the original price. This will not be done without your approval of an additional quote provided in advance.


If needed, you will supply us with photographs either in digital or printed format. If you buy stock photographs, that price will be added to the initial quote. Stock photography will not be purchased without your written approval.

Changes and revisions

This proposal’s estimate/quotation prices are based on the time we estimate. We will need to accomplish everything you told us you want to achieve. If you wish to change your mind, add extra pages or templates, or even add new functionality, that won’t be a problem. You will receive an additional quote for the extra work at that time.

Technical support

As agreed, the quote provided includes installing and setting up your site on our server,  Updates to and management of that server, plus any support issues.

This includes technical support for website hosting, email, or other services relating to website hosting. If you do require help with anything beyond the design and development of your site, we will be happy to help.


We are not liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate this website and any other web pages—even if you have advised us of the possibilities of such damages.

Suppose any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason. In that case, that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Upon signing this Agreement, the Client shall pay a non-refundable down payment of 50% of the total contract price. This down payment secures the services of the Web Designer and is a consideration for the Web Designer reserving time in its schedule for the Client’s project. The down payment is non-refundable even if the Client subsequently cancels or terminates this Agreement for any reason. The remaining 50% balance shall be due upon completion of the services.


This contract may be terminated by either party with written notice. Any termination fees or costs will be determined at the time of termination and will be based on the amount of work completed.


Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to this contract shall be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.  


Governing Law

This contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.



Both parties agree to keep all information related to this project confidential and to use said information only for this project. 



You guarantee us that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork you provide us for inclusion in the website are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them. We retain the copyright to all work created during this project until final payment is made, at this point, the copyright will be transferred to you.

When we receive your final payment, copyright is automatically assigned as follows:

You own the graphics and other visual elements that we create for you for this project unless the license is free

You also own text content, photographs, and other data you provided unless someone else owns them. We own the HTML markup, CSS, and other code and license it to you for use on only this project.

We also reserve the right to display and link to your completed project as part of our portfolio and write about the project on websites, magazine articles, and books.


As agreed, our payment schedule will be as follows but may be revised based on further conversations.

You cannot transfer this contract to anyone else without our permission. This contract stays in place and does not need to be renewed. If, for some reason, one part of this contract becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts of it remain in place.
